Return and Refund Policy

Return Period

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return an item to us. After this period, no returns or refunds can be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, the returned item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In its original, undamaged packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Never return your item directly to the manufacturer.

Items not eligible for return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Any item that has been used or damaged by the customer
  • Any item returned without its original packaging

Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be granted for:

  • Any item not in its original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to Chasse Camera

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If your return is approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 14 calendar days.

Refund Not Received?

If you have not received your refund within this timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank

Exchanges

We only accept exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@chassecamera.fr with your order number and an attached photo of the defect.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are covered in case of a defective product or an error on our part. For any withdrawal, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking. Chasse Camera cannot be held responsible for a lost returned package.
