How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Your order will arrive based on the shipping method chosen when ordering. Due to high volumes, most orders are delivered within 5-8 business days within Europe, excluding Sundays and public holidays. International delivery takes between 9-12 days.

If you receive a defective, incorrect or incomplete item, contact us within 14 days of receipt so we can promptly correct the problem.
